Nothing frustrates me, or most of us more than being told to relax or slow down when you are busy and stressed. We have been told that 80 percent of all illnesses are caused by stress and tension. But trying to relax and be stress-free in this day and age is next to impossible. The to do lists at home and work keep getting longer, as soon as I check one thing off two things get added on to the list. Trying to schedule time away keeps getting harder and harder to do also.

A small amount of pressure can be beneficial. It can motivate us and keep us at the top of our game. It helps everyone to reach the goals we have set for ourselves. However, when pressure builds it can turn into stress and muscle tension. Stress can lead to health problems, such as anxiety, or trigger physical ailments, such as back ache or muscle pain, but, stress can be alleviated by building a program of relaxation into your schedule. By just taking a few moments at the end of your day to relax and soak in hot water, you will sleep better, release toxins and relieve the stress of the day.
