Party Details

Prices are for up to 15 party guests ages 1-13. The birthday child should be 8 or under. Our play area is not well suited to children over 8. Over 13 will be counted as a helper. Additional children are $8.00 each on weekdays, $12.00 each on weekends and holidays. Parties are not to exceed 20 children. You may have as many adults or helpers at your party as you need for no additional charge. Party must be paid in full to schedule your date. Information on the parties can be e-mailed, snail mailed or faxed to you upon request. You may bring in to your party room whatever food and drink you would like to serve (minus alcohol). No food, drinks or serving product are provided by Recreation Unlimited.

Quick Rules:

  • You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
  • You must have 1 adult for every 4 children. Supervision is the responsibility of the adults at the party.
  • Shoes are required at all times. No bare feet or socks.
  • Sorry, but no piñatas.
  • Food and drinks are to be kept in the party room.
  • Please be courteous to the next party and be prepared to leave at your scheduled end time.
  • Make sure arrangements have been made to pick up all children and that all guests are aware of the scheduled end time.
  • Our primary business is selling our outdoor products; therefore, we are still open to retail customers during all parties.
  • Please wipe off tables and put all trash in trash cans (supplies are provided).
  • Trampolines are limited to one child at a time and must have adult supervision.


What is included when I book a party?
You will have the use of the party room and the play zone for two hours for up to 15 children. The birthday party room has tables and chairs, a large trash can, a refrigerator with freezer, a sink, a microwave and an ice machine. The play zone has wooden play sets, Thomas the Train tables, a Lego table, 3 trampolines, 10 basketball goals, and several play houses. It’s super fun!
What do I need to provide?
You will need to provide all food and drinks, party favors and paper products. Please keep all food and drink in the party room. The ice machine is not in the party room, so you may want to bring a cooler to put the ice in.
What age do you recommend?
We recommend age 8 and younger for the party child. The play area is not well-suited for children older than eight. Older siblings and siblings of guests may exceed the age limit.
May I have more than 15 children?
You may have more than 15 children, but you will need to pay an additional fee of $8.00 per child on weekday parties and $12.00 per child on weekend parties. We do not recommend more than 20 children per party room. We consider all walking children, from ages 1 to 13 years old as part of the head count, as well as the birthday child.
May we bring in alcoholic beverages?
No, alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
May we bring in piñatas?
Sorry, piñatas are not allowed.
How early can we arrive before our party time to set up?
You may arrive 15 minutes early.
How soon after our party time ends do we have to exit?
You must be completely out of the room by the time your party time ends.
Does Recreation Unlimited provide supervision?
No. You will need to provide all the adult supervision. We recommend 1 adult per 4 children.
Who is responsible for the children in the party?
You will be required to sign a release of liability form upon arrival, which holds Recreation Unlimited, Inc. harmless for any damages or injury from use of the facility. If you have other adults present they will also be required to sign in and accept responsibility for their own children and themselves before entering the showroom.
Are there limits to the amount of adults or non-walking infants?
Will I need to clean up?
We ask that you do a light clean up in the room, such as placing trash in the trash can and wiping down the tables. We will do the deep cleaning, such as cleaning the floors.
May I have food or drinks in the play zone?
Please do NOT take food or drinks out of the party room.
What is the Blue Room? What is the Red Room?
When you come in the front door, you will take a right, the first room on the right is the red room. The second room on the right is the blue room. Both rooms provide a great view out onto the showroom.
Does the party have to be a “birthday party” or can we book the room for a playgroup or other occasion?
We don’t mind what kind of party you are having…just as long as you are having fun!
What happens if I need to cancel my party?
Cancellations up to 14 days before party date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of party date will receive 50% refund of party total.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations up to 14 days before the party date are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations less than 14 days from the party date will receive back 50% of the party amount.
