Professional Playset Install – What to Expect
When you choose to have Recreation Unlimited install your new Woodplay or Swing Kingdom playset, we aim to make the process as stress-free as possible. After you complete your purchase, you’ll review and sign your Playset Satisfaction Sheet and schedule your playset installation with a Recreation Unlimited Customer Experience Advisor. When our installation crew arrives on the scheduled day, you’ll let them know where you’d like your playset to be assembled. The area should be clear of debris and as close to level as possible. If the ground isn’t completely level, we can use special blocks under the legs to level the set (level dry blocks are sold separately).
If you have purchased a playset mulch package, it will be installed prior to playset assembly. Our crews work quickly and efficiently to install your playset just as intended by the manufacturer. Most playsets can be installed by our 2-person teams in just a couple hours.
