We have purchased a number of items from Recreation Unlimited over the last 10 years, including a Springfree Trampoline and a basketball goal. We used them for the initial install, as well as the relocation when we modified the driveway and needed to move the goal. The company has always been excellent to work with.Most recently, we had to replace our trampoline and the staff at Recreation Unlimited was so helpful and supportive as we worked with the manufacturer during the process. The staff has continued to earn our trust and loyalty.
Seamless process from start to finish! Jackie was an excellent salesperson - not pushy, but helpful! I got the basketball goal I wanted, all confirmations and invoices handled via email, and could not be happier with our purchase. The installation team was a pleasure to work with - installing the goal’s base/anchor in concrete, then returning exactly one week later to setup the finished product and ensure it was perfect!

Natalie at Recreation Unlimited was amazing! She walked us through the building of our shed from beginning to end! The shed was completed and delivered in about 10 days! The team delivering were polite and professional! They made sure the shed was set where I wanted it and leveled! I highly recommend Recreation Unlimited!
I’m very happy with my new shed from Recreation Unlimited. Jackie assisted me with shed size and options, Brad advised me as to the best shed foundation and Reuben was expert at final delivery and placement. The well crafted shed is a wonderful addition to my home and property. All around, this has been a great experience.
Sheila in sales is awesome, she covered all my questions and concerns. Unfortunately I didn't purchase a hot tub from them but had a good experience while looking. They allow wet testing unlike other dealers within the area. If I lived closer I would of probably bought from them, take care!

I bought a hot tub from them online. They shipped it from Indiana to Michigan. The water wouldn't clear up after filling it. It was cloudy no matter what I did, what chemicals I used, what filtration mode I had it on (regular, UVC, ozonator). After about ten days, I emptied it and refilled it. Same problem. I had been in close contact with Rec unlimited the entire time. They were extremely patient with me and assisted me at every step. Kaitlyn was especially helpful. I must have sent her 50 emails over the course of a month! In any case, between the two of us, we determined that the filter pump wasn't working in my control box. They graciously agreed to replace it and even set up shipping so that the new control box came on the same day I returned from vacation. I hooked up the new control box and the water has been crystal clear ever since. So it was just a bad pump and Rec Unlimited was eager to make it right. Thank you Kaitlyn and Courtney and everyone else there who helped along the way!! I would recommend them and their products to anyone!
Purchased a Goalrilla basketball hoop and installation from Recreation Unlimited. Communication and process was flawless. Within 10 days of purchase, the hoop was up and being used by the entire family. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Really enjoyed our experience shopping for a hot tub! Compared multiple models, asked tons of questions as spa amateurs, and even took a private test soak. Angela was very informative but never pushy or salesy! Install was a breeze, and we have since ordered additional chemicals by mail, which came very fast. Thank you!
Recreation Unlimited did an exceptional job. I valued the fact that I didn't have to worry about anything because they had it all taken care of. The install team was amazing to work with - very kind and thorough. They took care of literally everything - they called to make sure the dig site was marked, they showed up exactly when they said they would to prep the site (dig the hole, mix the concrete, get the foundation anchor installed) and showed up the next time to fully build and install the hoop. I'm extremely satisfied with each phase of the process - their sales team, their customer service, their installers - they are all exceptional. I highly recommend utilizing their services and look forward to utilizing them again when we install our next hoop to make our full court.
Great products, prices and great service. I bought a Goalrilla basketball hoop from them and it was quite a bit less than the manufacturer's website. I initially was not going to have them perform the install but glad I did. It was super easy and they did a great job. No complaints whatsoever.
We purchased The World's Safest Spring Free Trampoline from Recreational Unlimited and we love it! We bounce, jump, do tricks and exercise on it every day!! We also purchased a hot tub a few years ago from Recreational Unlimited, which we also love and daily enjoy! The customer service is always amazing from the people you speak with on the phone, the office/support staff, to the installers! Everyone at Recreation Unlimited is very kind, courteous and knowledgeable! They answered all of our questions and we truly appreciate them for all that they do for so many!

We recently purchased a Woodplay 6' Outback playset with the Combo 2 option for swings. She showroom and sales experience was excellent. It was great to be able to have our 3 grandchildren try out the equipment at the store. We were lucky that they had a cancellation and we were able to get it delivered and installed very quickly. The two installers were clearly very experienced and pleasant to deal with. The grandchildren love it!
