Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from date of delivery/receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Unboxed or installed merchandise is not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
● Items that were sold as demo, display or clearance
● Special Order Items
● Hot Tubs & Swim Spas
● Sheds, Cabins & Outdoor Structures
● Spa Parts
● Saunas
● Swing Kingdom Playsets
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
If product has been opened or damaged, you may be subject to a restocking fee that will be 25% of the original purchase price.
All product warranties are through each individual product’s manufacturer and are not issued by Recreation Unlimited. Labor and/or installation warranties are directly through Recreation Unlimited and range from 30-90 days based on the product. Trampolines, playsets, and basketball goals have a 90 day installation warranty. Hot tubs have a 30 day installation warranty.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping fees and any shipping fees incurred by Recreation Unlimited for the initial shipment to the customer. We cannot accept collect shipments. Flat Rate Shipping or any shipping credits only apply if the customer chooses to keep the merchandise.
Free shipping and shipping credits only apply if the customer keeps the merchandise. If returned, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping fees and the initial shipping fees incurred by the retailer.
