Great experience with Recreation Unlimited. As a first-time Hot Tub owner I had lots of questions (even after the install). Shelia, her teammates, and Service team members did a great job getting me to the right resources.

Sheila is fabulous to work with. She really knows hot tubs/spas. She helped me pick the right make and model for our needs. No high pressure sales gimmicks. She walked me through all of the options, pros and cons of different choices, etc and gave me the information I needed to make an informed choice. The delivery crew was early for the install appointment and worked with me to get the spa in the perfect spot. The final install tech that programmed the spa, started the chemicals, and showed me how to maintain my spa was knowledgeable, pleasant, and took time to answer all of my questions. I haven’t been this satisfied with a major purchase in a long time.
