1. You have purchased a custom Pergola, Pavilion, or Gazebo (Outdoor Structure). All of the Outdoor Structures are built to your specifications and can take approximately 4-6 weeks to be built and be ready for delivery/installation. The purchase must be paid in full at the time of order and before delivery and installation can be scheduled. Financing options are available with an approved credit application. Custom order Outdoor Structures are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after the building has been ordered. There are no returns or refunds after your building is installed or delivered.*

2. The homeowner/ customer is solely responsible for any necessary permitting, surveys and approvals required by local ordinances or HOA's.*

3. Your installation date and time will be confirmed via phone call by our Outdoor Structure director at least one day prior to your scheduled installation date; you must be home for the installation appointment. Your pergola, pavilion, or gazebo installation will be completed in one day. In the event that an installation will take more than one day you will be notified beforehand. During the installation process, our crew must have access to power in order to perform the installation.*

4. You will be responsible for ground prep prior to the arrival of the installers unless discussed otherwise with the Outdoor Structure director. The most common ground prep in a concrete foundation. Our pergola and pavilion structures are surface mounted directly on top of the concrete foundation. We can install footers at additional cost if necessary. Should you choose to use crushed stone for a gazebo, we require that the stone is level and 4”-6” deep. Be sure to use “crushed” stone that packs well as opposed to “pea” stone. #53 or standard driveway stone with lime dust works best and is relatively inexpensive. Extend the size of your base a minimum of 2’ longer and 2’ wider than the actual size of the gazebo.*

5. Your Outdoor Structure will come with a 10 year Limited Warranty which covers your pergola, pavilion, gazebo from any manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging, common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty. If your base is not placed on a solid surface it will settle. Recreation Unlimited cannot relevel the structure after installation. You should consider your choice of base carefully to consider this factor.*
