Challenger Shed

The Challenger has all plywood construction, with no OSB. The standard features are 16″ on-center spacing on floors, walls, and rafters. It has treated 4″ X 4″ ground runners and a 2″ x 4″ floor joist with a 5/8″ Sturdyfloor plywood flooring. Duratemp 1/2″ Plywood siding is primed and ready to paint. We use steel rafter gusset plates on the Challenger, 25 year shingles with quality felt paper and a drip edge. A locking T-handle door latch with no padlock needed and a continuous piano door with hinges for strength and security are available on this shed. It also has hook and eyes to secure doors when they are open. An aluminum, diamond plate door threshold and a pair of 8″ x 16″ gable vents. The Challenger Shed includes a 4′ open gable porch, 60″ double doors and 10″ overhangs.

The Challenger is pre-built and delivered to your yard. Built-on-site is an option for locations that are hard to reach. The Challenger can be customized with many options and accessories, including heavy-duty treated floors with a 12″ joist on center, 3/4″ treated plywood floors, 30-year architectural shingles, extended roof overhangs, vents, cupolas and weather vanes. Windows, including diamond, octagon and transoms shutters, window boxes, and wood or vinyl shutters. Many door option includes roll-up or garage doors, and ramps. Customize the inside with storage solutions including wrap-around lofts, shelves , workbenches and storage benches.
