Benefits of a Platinum Spas Swim Spa
Swim spas, though smaller than traditional swimming pools, offer comparable health benefits for exercise. They provide ample opportunity for muscle toning through activities like stationary lengths and water-based aerobics, improving cardiovascular health and easing joint pressure. For the more adventurous, swim spas are also perfect for underwater yoga and stretching, which are proven to enhance flexibility. The calorie-burning potential of any exercise is also amplified in a swim spa, as your body works to cool itself in the warmer water.
Beyond exercise, swim spas also offer the therapeutic benefits of hot tub hydrotherapy. These include pain relief and management, as well as stress reduction, providing a perfect way to relax.
Platinum Promise
The Platinum Spas come with one of the most comprehensive warranties available. They are committed to the quality of their products and after-sales service.
